72 Acres of Mature Vineyards

A 18,409 square foot Winery Building:  Designed in a beautiful Victorian Farm House style, includes a 2,000 square foot tasting room/retail shop, a 5,290 square foot second tasting room or 88 seat restaurant with full kitchen, and a 10,590 square foot wine production area with 26+ stainless steel jacketed fermentation and storage tanks from 1,100 to 10,000 gallons each  – with total cooperage of 94,000 gallons.  The bottling line capacity is approximately 1,600 bottles per hour this was a recent upgrade to enhance our capabilities in production .  There is also a spacious Mezzanine with Offices, conference room and balconies.

A Large 19,200 square foot warehouse:  Insulated and cooled by 10 tons of glycol.  The 240’ x 80’ warehouse has 20 ft. clear height, three roll-up doors, and capacity to store up to 84,000 cases of wine (or 1,512 pallets or a total or 5,000 barrels of wine), with room for expansion to store more wine.  Many local wineries store their case goods at the facility, adding to the income and future potential.  The labeling operation is also housed in this warehouse.

The crushing facilities:  Can process 650 tons of grapes to fill the tanks.

These facilities have shown substantial annual increases for the past few years in all revenue streams – from 20% to 35% – including Wine Club Sign ups and sales, Tastings, Gift Shop Merchandise, Grape sales, Crushing Bottling, Consulting, Cold Storage, etc.

Historical Barn and Windmill:  Built in 1908, the Barn and Windmill are popular landmarks in the Temecula Wine Country.
